Easter 2009

We spent most of the day at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. We BBQ'd breakfast with our family and the Combs. Yes the Pork Shop Combs, for all of you who know them. Yumm...Pork Shop bacon and sausage, pancakes and eggs, etc.
Zackary got to do a 3rd egg hunt of the season, with 2 more to come in the afternoon at Oma and Opa's house. He was loving finding eggs with candy and coins in them.

I think Lane enjoyed himself.
I can't believe how fun holidays are with children. It is like being a kid all over again. Easter eggs hunts, candy, more candy, fun little toys that make their day, plastic eggs filled with junk and coins, that bring such a big smiles to their faces. Oh how fun it is to be a KID!Posted by Picasa

Easter Eggs

This was Zackary's first time dying Easter eggs. We spent the day and Aunt Lou's for some pre Easter fun. As you can see he really enjoyed himself, mixing all the colors, redying all the eggs that everyone already dyed. In the end, most of the eggs were a nasty green color along with his hand.

The Talk?

I walked into the kitchen the other day to find this...Yes is looks like I was demonstrating information from "the talk." I couldn't stand it, I had to take a picture. For your information it is an insert for Lane's bottle!

Big Boy Lane!

Check him out. I know I always say that, but really, he is so big! Last week we had Lane's 4 month appointment. He weighed in at 17lbs 1oz and 26 1/2 inches. He is averaging 2 lbs and 2 inches a month. I just love the picture of him showing off all his yummy rolls. Lane is rolling over from belly to back and getting close to back to belly. He's got a lot of LOVE to roll over!
