MonkeyDog

This is MonkeyDog. Yes, they are two separate pals, but seem to have only 1 identity...MonkeyDog. I thought they needed a shot at fame, so I decided to give them a chance on the blog. I know, silly right, but they are a big part of our lives, well mostly Zackary's. You can tell when it's getting to be time for bed or a nap because he asks "where's MonkeyDog?" finds them and usually lays on top of them and sucks his thumb.

It's Official

Well it has been a month now, so I can say we are officially potty trained! It really only took the three days the book said it would. Impressive ehh! We are so proud of Zackary, what a big boy. We have had the occasional accident but we have no worries at night or out and about all day. He has done such a good job. I also helps to have the occasional 'special treat' we have a bowl full of random candy, a couple of books, matchbox cars... and he always picks the 'special sucker.' He is catching on though...he always asks for the 'special sucker.'

Double Outing

This was our first outing in the double jogger. What fun this is all getting to be. We took a little trip to Andi, Scott, and Henry's house last week for dinner. Lane was loving it, he could see out and just take it all in. I just hope we are able to keep Zackary contained in it for a little longer. He tends to want to push and we really don't get very far!

Cooking

I just thought this picture was too cute. Why do we even buy toys? Measuring spoons work way better! Lane and I were making M&M cookies for St. Patty's Day, we only used GREEN ones...Yummmm!

Tractor Show

We went to a tractor show out in AJ a couple of weeks ago to see antique tractors and engines. Who knew we would be so into tractors. But to see the smiles on their faces, (Aaron and Zackary) it brings joy to me. We thoroughly enjoyed the day looking around, soaking up the beautiful weather, eating junk food, and spending time together. What more could you ask for?
