Christmas Day 2012

What a great view from the loft, trikes, quads, and bikes.  Ooh, its gonna be good.

Look who I caught testing out the trike before everyone woke up.  Lane my little early bird was up checking everything out.  I remember these days as a kid.

This year was so much fun.  All of the kids were so into Christmas, Santa, family, and opening presents.  I swear every year just gets better.

I sure love all the chaos.  Even though I'm pretty sure we had to go through the paper garbage twice for toy parts...

Oh man, look at that face.
We spent the afternoon at my parents house for more family time, eating, and presents.
I really love Christmas.  It's so amazing to get to spend time with family, buy gifts, and give to others.  It makes me really happy!

Christmas Eve 2012

We always spend Christmas Eve with my husbands amazing family.  I'm so lucky to have such a great family.  Here's all the cousins.  Boy do they have a great time together.  The holidays are so much fun now!

Aaron made the most amazing crown roast.  It was delish.  We had such great food and drinks.  We couldn't have asked for a better day to enjoy the time together.

After a wonderful full day look what Santa brought.
Can't wait for Christmas morning!

Sunday sync

Barnaby

Here are just a few of the fun things Barnaby was up to this year. What a fun little tradition this has become. It's like hide and seek every morning for the kids.

Zackary turns 6

I didn't get to take a ton of pictures my baby was at school all day.  So we decided to surprise Zackary at school with cookies and giant balloons.  Oh man was that grin when he saw us and the balloons priceless.  Of course carrying Chloe, cookies, balloons, and keeping track of Lane I wasn't able to snap any shots.  So I just have to remember that smile.  I was a little really disappointed when we delivered the balloons earlier in the morning the front office said balloons were not allowed in the classroom.  I was just as excited as the kids to give him those things.  Luckily his teacher was nice enough to let me bring them in at the very end of the day when we had the cookies.  I tell you what, they have sure taken a lot of fun out of school these days.    Apparently they are too much of a distraction...blah, blah, blah  I digress...

Those kids were so happy to celebrate his birthday.  It makes me so happy that he is so well liked by his classmates.  But what's not to love about the sweetest and kindest little boy ever.

His little brother and sister were pretty excited to go visit him at school.

He got to open presents from us in the morning and I know he was a little disappointed that he didn't get the castle he wanted, but he didn't show it and he appreciated everything he got.  But look at that face when he opened it later that night with Nana and Papa.  He had been dreaming of this castle for so long.

And that little boy sure does love his horses.  He requested a horse cake and good thing Bashas' pulled through for us.  I wasn't about to attempt a horse cake.
Happy 6th Birthday to my sweet Zackary.  We love you so much.

Lane's Christmas Special

Lane had the cutest little preschool Christmas program this year.  Sorry for the bad pictures.  I had a really hard time getting close to take better pictures.  He did such a good job, he sang all the songs and did all the moves.  The best part of it all is that I get to hear his sweet little voice singing Christmas songs all the time.  The is constantly practicing around the house.  I love it.

There was a surprise visit from Santa too!
