I apparently wasn't thinking. I pulled a chair over to the counter so Zackary could help make some frosting for the cupcakes I had to make one night. I taught him a very bad thing, well bad for me, I should say. Now I continually hear the chair being moved over to the counter to get into all sorts of new things that have never been seen before. I keep finding fruit that has a couple of little bits in them. Nice!
This is another daily battle of mine, which Aaron just doesn't understand. You see, Aaron has this drawer, as he calls it, "the man drawer." It has all sorts of NOT child safe items, such as, keys, screw drivers, gum, coins, pens, markers, matches... as you can see in the picture. He was playing with a full box of matches, they were everywhere. I know the kid is already into fire, this is not a good sign.

My Favorites
My little Zackary. It is unbelievable how much you can love someone. He is just perfect. I couldn't ask for a better child. He brings us so much laughter and energy, everyday gets better and better with him.
This is such a candid shot of Aaron and Zackary. This goes on daily at our house. Playing, wrestling, you name it, it is happening.

This is a beautiful photograph of my Grandma and Grandpa Carlson. Still In Love and holding hands after 61 years. They recently celebrated their anniversary on November 25th. What great roll models for all of us. I hope all my friends and family will feel this way after 61 years.

My Beautiful Family
Look at these beautiful Blues. These pictures were taken by Tami of Tami Proffitt Photography (there is a link to her blog in my favorites. She is amazing, and has taken the most beautiful photos of our family. I can't post too many, I don't want to spoil our Christmas cards and announcements. These are just a few of my favorites.
Happy 2nd Birthday Zackary
Yesterday we celebraded Zackary's 2nd Birthday. Where has the time gone? We had a great time with friends and family. We had a small party at our house, Papa brought the jumpy house, kiddy table and chairs, a hot dog cooker, and a helium tank for the balloons. The kids, (and adults) spent most of the time in the jumpy house, what a HIT that was. We celebrated with a construction theme, Zackary's favorite. The kiddos drank out of these little cone cups and we had a famous ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins (oreo). I think his favorite part of the cake was the construction trucks on top of the cake. Notice the hand reaching for the tractor.
Zackary actually ate his cake with the excavator bucket and the tractor bucket. It was quite comical. Thanks to everyone that celebrated with us and brought Zackary such great gifts. It is wonderful t
o know how much he is loved by everyone.
Zackary, we love you so much, you bring such joy to us everyday. We are amazed everyday at what you can do and how much you have grown up in the last two years. You are such a beautiful, sweet, funny, and lovable child. Each day is amazing. We love you, Mom & Dad.
