Good Quality Time

Lane and I spent some good quality time together playing Chubby Bunny this afternoon.  I love my one on one time with him.

Happy Birthday Allie

Andi hosted another fantastic birthday party.  Barnyard theme with a mobile petting zoo and all.  And I have to say the kids where in heaven with those animals all to themselves.  It was so amazing, they set up a petting zoo right in their backyard.  The kids even got these amazing cowbells as part of their party favor bag (insert sarcasm.)  Great party Andi.  Happy Birthday Allie!

Zackary even learned how to catch a chicken.  That is one little farm boy we have.  You know his plan is to live across the street on his farm and ride his horse over to our house.
That makes me one happy mommy that he will be so close to me!

Sunday Sync

I have to explain these next few pictures.  So I'm going to get organized.  I go out and buy a white board for a super chore chart for the kids to earn some money on chores they choose.  We also painted a niche in chalk board paint for little messages/quotes to write to each other.  Well, it turns out when you do this in a house of boys you end up with Fart Message Boards.  Here, have a look.  I must say it is quite comical and does make me laugh.  I believe the chore chart lasted about a day before it was erased with a quick swipe of some four year olds arm!

Hahaha!  I laugh just looking at the pictures again.

New Years 2013

We headed out of town for New Years this year.  Down to Nogales, AZ to a nice little Bed and Breakfast.  We went with my folks for the adventure.  Who knew we would find snow in southern AZ.  The boys drove with my parents and convinced them we needed to stop to play in the snow.

Turns out it was the best 20 minutes of family time ever!

Here is some of our New Year's celebration.

We hit the Pima Air Museum on the way down to Nogales.  What a great place!  I remember going here as a kid.  The boys were in heaven.

My Mom was a flight attendant for Ozark Air.  She was pretty excited when she found a plane she had flown on.

Now that is a good book.  Shhh it's quiet.

The Bed and Breakfast we stayed at had a barn.  Our rooms were actually on each side of the barn.  We had full kitchens and separate bedrooms, perfect for our family.  In the barn was a stage and some chairs, which made for the perfect "New Years Eve Party."  The boys set up chairs and performed quite the show for us.  Singing, dancing, and performing.  Wow, they are sure creative.

Happy New Years!
