This is our sweet little Barnaby. Our Elf on the Shelf. This little elf watched over the boys during the day and reported back to Santa each night. The boys looked forward to finding his new spot each morning. This was such a fun new tradition we started this year. The boys are already asking when Barnaby gets to come back.

We had Boris at our house :) My favorite moments of the season included the kids yelling "No Mom, don't tell the ELF!"
I have seen a few people do that. The kids in my classes always loved coming in to tell about it!
