This was my delicious dinner Aaron made tonight. We got the kids to bed and had a nice quiet dinner. The chicken was rolled with feta, spinach, cilantro, pecans, cream cheese, etc. Served with a balsamic reduction and veggies.
Seriously, he is amazing.

That looks so yummy!! And FANCY! Love the idea of a stay at home date with the boys asleep early, too. That I might be able to handle until I am ready to leave the baby.
